Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of motherload.pro and app.motherload.pro (“Motherload”), operated by Anthony L. Roberts. By using the site or buying a plan you agree to them. Short version: we will be honest with you, you will be honest with us, and either side can walk away.
What Motherload is
Motherload is software plus a method for running the sales, marketing, and operations of a small business. It captures leads, follows up, books calls, and gives you one place to run it. The 1-on-1 plan adds live help from a person. Motherload does the work you tell it to do; the results depend on your business, your offer, and your effort.
No income promises
We do not promise you will make any amount of money. Anything you read on our site about results is an example of what someone did, not a guarantee of what you will do. Your results will depend on things we cannot control.
Plans, billing, and cancelling
- Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you buy. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.
- You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing team@motherload.pro. Cancelling stops the next charge. We do not refund the month already paid unless we got something wrong.
- If a payment fails we will try again and let you know. If it keeps failing we may pause your account until it is fixed.
Your account and your data
- You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your access private.
- Your leads, contacts, and content are yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the software can work. If you leave, ask and we will export or delete them.
- Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, and do not use Motherload to send spam or break any law. If you do, we can close your account.
Affiliates
Motherload pays affiliates a share of what their referrals pay. If you arrived through an affiliate link, that person may earn a commission. Full details: disclosure and affiliate terms.
Availability
We work hard to keep Motherload running, but we do not promise it will never go down. If it does, we will tell you what happened in plain words and fix it.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using Motherload at any time. We can end your access if you break these terms; if we do, we will tell you why.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of California unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters we will update the date above and tell account holders by email.
